  3. Det kan jeg da helt sikkert. Jeg tænker at den bliver i næste uge på Facebook. Har du en træningsbold? Den store grå jeg nogen gange bruger med lift i? Har allerede planlagt dagens træning så det kan først blive senere. Knus og god lørdag til dig.

  5. yes I know but hip thrusts???? serious??? I WILL do them I promise. I know they are bringing my max effort to do them, so thank you I guess????

  6. Haha, you are not a fan of hip thrusts? :)) You know how it goes, we have to get out of our comfort zone to get those results we want 🙂

  8. Hip thrusts, step ups, single leg deadlifts, jump rope… Well, whatever you do, I know I will love it and also I will suffer 🙂 But those are certainly my fave moves.
