This is one of the more brutal workouts I have done, and you can choose to do 12 minutes instead of 24 minutes, if you don’t have much time or you want to just start ‘easy’.
No equipment so all you need is your self and some energy in that body of yours.
Have a mat and some water ready and you are ready to workout.
After the workout I have my little challenge going on and watch the video to the end to see what happens 🙂
