New challenge is up!

‘Summer beach body prep’ is the new challenge, and it starts today. First workout are a 24 minute workout with use of some equipment. Look through the video, if it is something for you and if you don’t have any equipment at all, you can easily modify or do another workout.

I know that I have been away for some time, (read my latest blog) and not that I’m totally 100% back, I just had to get started again. Don’t know how often or how the layout will end up, but just know that I need to commit and to do this together with you all. So I REALLY hope you will join in and I would appreciate ANY comment here on my blog. Do not hesitate to write to me.

There is going to be a bodytoning section, a cardio section and a mix insanity. You know me, I always like to push myself and you guys, so I promise it will be fun to get in shape.

I do some live-videos on facebook as well, but will mainly do them in danish. I have had some requests on that, so I hope you can still do these, and the names of the exercises are in english. Hope that you will manage to stay motivated, even if you don’t understand what I’m saying. 🙂

    Yes I like Youtube as well. No problems with uploads anymore (moved to the city) and nice to work with.
    I still eat low carb and for a while back (from sept – nov) I did fast 5 AC and thinking about doing that for a while again. That REALLY did some good things to my body :-). Maybe not every day, but maybe some days a week. But right now eating mostly clean, and without to much calories and carbs. Eating a lot of fat and proteins….
    Three meals a day and around 1600-1800 calories and 50-60g of carbs a day.

    I see you already found out it´s possible to put the workouts on youtube 🙂 I like FB and youtube probably the same, although youtbe is a bit more “user-friendly”..but not always, sometimes it is a big mess :))
    Do you also plan to do some changes in your diet? Do you still follow low carb lifestyle?

    Det gad jeg dælme også godt…. hvornår træner I? Kan du ikke lige skrive tiderne ned. Måske skulle man kigge forbi en dag 🙂 Skal liiiige i form igen. Syntes min styrke er aftaget i de her hårde måneder hvor der har været et andet fokus. Men jeg SKAL tilbage igen. Det er godt for krop og ikke mindst SJÆL <3 <3

    I am really glad to see a new challenge. It doesn´t matter how often you´ll post new workouts – what matters is that you do something you enjoy again. Also I am pretty glad you are doing videos in Danish again, because I somehow always loved those, it was like learning two things in one – working on the body and working on my language knowledge 🙂
