‘Summer beach body prep’ is the new challenge, and it starts today. First workout are a 24 minute workout with use of some equipment. Look through the video, if it is something for you and if you don’t have any equipment at all, you can easily modify or do another workout.
I know that I have been away for some time, (read my latest blog) and not that I’m totally 100% back, I just had to get started again. Don’t know how often or how the layout will end up, but just know that I need to commit and to do this together with you all. So I REALLY hope you will join in and I would appreciate ANY comment here on my blog. Do not hesitate to write to me.
There is going to be a bodytoning section, a cardio section and a mix insanity. You know me, I always like to push myself and you guys, so I promise it will be fun to get in shape.
I do some live-videos on facebook as well, but will mainly do them in danish. I have had some requests on that, so I hope you can still do these, and the names of the exercises are in english. Hope that you will manage to stay motivated, even if you don’t understand what I’m saying. 🙂
