I live in Denmark (Scandinavia) and in this country, I am the only person putting realtime workouts out there. In denmark we are famous for our ‘hygge’ and happy people. We are in many ways a bunch of danes loving our country and the welfare we have here. But as in so many other countries, we have a lot of obesity and inactive people, and I want to change that. Of course also people around the world, that is why my website now are changing to english language. Most people understand 😉
What do I do other than workout? I study to be a kindergarten teacher. And after my graduation in oct. I will study to become a family counselor. At the moment we have our house for sale, and hoping to move to Copenhagen (the Capital of Denmark) this year. I have a daughter (20 years old) who’d already moved to Copenhagen. We live in Copenhagen now. Moved in december 2016. I have been married to my husband for 8 years, and we have been together 11 years.
For many years I have been a fitness instructor, an aerobic instructor, personal trainer. Been working out in fitness centres all over the country. But 9 years ago, I stumbled across Zuzka Light and she did workout videos like I do now. I realised that home fitness suited me perfectly. No time wasted on transport to fitness center and with workouts in 10-20 minutes, my workouts were done before I even knew it. It was life changing for me. I saw that my body actually transformed into a lean muscle machine. Couldn’t quite understand why. All these years I had been telling people to workout for at least half an hour to an hour. But the results spoke for them selves. So for several years I worked out at home with a realtime instructor in front of me…. That worked perfectly. And one day I started doing my own videos. I can’t remember why, but I think it was a request from some of my old clients. So I was hooked and on it.
I now I have a mission. I want to inspire as many people as possible. Inspire them to workout on a daily basis like I do and find it as natural to do, as to go to work or to eat. Everybody needs to see/feel for themselves that daily workouts will give so many positive benefits to your body and mind, that ones you get started, you can never go back.
I will upload new workouts for you as often as I can, and 5-6 videos a week are my goal. It is also the only workout I do everyday, so therefore you get whatever I get 😉 Maybe that is good… I will let you decide 😉
It is good if you know a little about working out, because it is nessesary to be able to listen to your body, and be critical about how it feels like when you train. Listen to my directions and if you have any questions, do NOT hesitate to ask me. I would prefer that you ask me, instead of stop doing my workouts, because they maybe feel wrong to you, or hopeless to do. And if you are a total beginner there is only a few workouts available right now. I’m working on more to come. Have patience. I hope no matter what level you are in, that you are ready to fight and push yourself to maximum levet. Every time you do that, you will for sure move closer to your goal. Get the body that you have always dreamt of. I hope you are ready to fight with me and it is my mission to help you go all the way. It takes determination, will power and some support. The determination is on you, but support I will provide as much as possible.
