Today was the perfect day for working out outside. It was still a bit cold when I went up there, but the sun and the blue sky was just the perfect setting for a brutal 36 minute fatburn.
I used a skipping rope and a pair of weights to maximize my effort. You can easily do the workout without any equipment and I hope you will join me in todays workout. If the weather is still great tomorrow, and my back pains are not to bad, then I’m for sure going to bring another cardio workout for you all. I have to do cardio workouts mainly on the rooftop. Not doable in my apartment….
