Back issues again

Sorry you lovely people. I must listen to my body, and right now it is telling me to listen.
During the night I feel REALLY painful and need to do something.
I KNOW it is not my workouts that is causing it, because tried rest weeks before and it didn’t help.  So for now just taking some rest days and planning what to do for getting better 🙂
So at the meantime you just go to my website where I have more than 500 FREE realtime workouts just waiting for you to get started.
I’m in a bit of a dilemma. Maybe I need to something differently. But WHAT?
Sorry for letting you down without new workouts, but I need to find a solution that doesn’t mean painful nights and sometimes during the days too. Tried different therapists and diets already, but nothing really makes it go away. Wondering if I need to do some heavy lifting in a gym, to build more muscle mass in a gym. Hm…. well I will let you know as soon as I have a solution that will bring my back to where I want it to be.

    Hey Lena and thanks a million for your message 🙂
    My back is better but still not all good. I need some other exercises than I usually do and just recently joined a gym for new and challenging exercises.
    I don’t know when I will be back but need to find a solution on how to combine the two.
    At the same time, I needed to do some fitness with others. Missed being part of a group and to do things together with other active fitness peeps 🙂
    Hopefully you will find other workouts to do and maybe one day I’m back with new workouts 🙂 Huge hugs to you 🙂

    Hello Pernille! I hope you are feeling better already and the changes you have made in your fitness lifestyle are working for you. I miss you presence in the youtube world – I don´t only workouts (although I love them), but especially your attitude, energy and simply the way you do your things 🙂 I am wishing you a lot of strength and energy to get over everything you are dealing with!     Thank you Lena. I’m so thankful for your input and sharing your thoughts and story.
    Really need time to rethink my way of healthy living and how to approach further on.
    I’m considering starting some other workout styles just to find out if it makes a difference. But for now just taking a rest week or two 🙂 to see what happens. Hugs to you for taking time to write to me 🙂 and supporting me

    I hope you get better soon! I am really sorry you are experiencing pain. Especially when you don´t know why, what is the cause and what to do differently… I remember I felt in a similar way not that long time ago, then I learned it was because I overcame a flu (without taking a proper rest) and it got somehow “stuck” in my muscles. It was very unpleasant, and also it was hard for me, because I had to take a rest, start thinking more about my health, look at things from a very different perspective than I was used to. But all bad is good for something, I think – it helped me to learn something about my body, it was a tough lesson in listening to my body, to my inner self. Take all the time you need to find your own solution and take care of yourself! Hugs 🙂
