Sorry you lovely people. I must listen to my body, and right now it is telling me to listen.
During the night I feel REALLY painful and need to do something.
I KNOW it is not my workouts that is causing it, because tried rest weeks before and it didn’t help. So for now just taking some rest days and planning what to do for getting better 🙂

Sorry for letting you down without new workouts, but I need to find a solution that doesn’t mean painful nights and sometimes during the days too. Tried different therapists and diets already, but nothing really makes it go away. Wondering if I need to do some heavy lifting in a gym, to build more muscle mass in a gym. Hm…. well I will let you know as soon as I have a solution that will bring my back to where I want it to be.
