#99 20 min ‘crazy cardio’

20 minutter. 30 sek cardio skip & high knees /  50 sek øvelsen herunder 🙂

  1. cross under toe touches
  2. 10 high knees 2 jump front and back push up
  3. push up fly side X 2 & 10 mt. climbers
  4. duck under and tuck jumps
  5. lunge & twist UGI/håndvægt??
  6. frogger and shoulder tap when ins
  7. tricep dip behind head /håndvægt
  8. high knees / 5kg
  9. plie jumps /10 kg AV 😉
  10. dynamic plank and push up
  11. dancing crab
  12. side jump lunges
  13. russian kicks
  14. basket
  15. plie and dead lift / 20 kg
