  1. 10 high knees drop down / 10 mt. climbers
  2. lateral lung jumps (touch down)
  3. crossed leg push up
  4. side lunge out and front kick L
  5. dynamic squat and twist jump up
  6. side lunge out and front kick R
  7. side plank hip dip and leg lift R
  8. frogger and power frogger up
  9. side plank hip dip and leg lift L
  10. 3 lunge pulses and warrior poze R
  11. surfers
  12. 3 lunge pulses and warrior poze L
  13. kick through and pushup
  14. russian kicks
  15. 10 high knees drop down / 10 mt. climbers
