Hård brutal søndags træning 

Hav et sjippetov, evt. en lille håndvægt og en kettlebell klar.

24 min med full body workout 🙂

Serie 1 : arms and shoulders (skips in between)

  1. push up leg under toe touch
  2. russian kicks
  3. reptile push ups
  4. (4)crab dance & (2)rev plank table butt swing

Serie 2. : Core & abs (burpee in between)

  1. over/under foot touch
  2. v ups and legs down & up (lift)
  3. commando / shoulder taps / frogger
  4. russian twist UGI throw

Serie 3. : Butt and thighs (high knees 4/4 in between)

  1. sliders reverse lunge and to the side lunge KETTELBELL (KB)
  2. curtsey step up CHAIR & KB
  3. curtsey step up  -II-
  4. one leg step back and up & warrior one leg alt. legs KB

And as a little bonus

50 jump lunges touch down 🙂 YAAAAYYYY
