Today I did a strength workout for only upper body. No equipment and for 24 minutes.
I was SOOOOOO sore from yesterdays leg-death so I decided to do a more human workout for upper body only. My legs needed a rest and actually considered having a rest day, but hey – a bodyweight strength workout fits in every where right?
So I hope you’ll like it and you can easily combine it with a more cardio-focused workout if you think you need more speed and heart rate up.
