20 minutes of workout that is gonna target your intire body

Welcome to a brutal fatburn lovefitness cardio core insanity
Today we have a workout that is going to target the entire body.
10 secs of rest and 50 sec of work
1. squat and twist up
2. plank jump side to side
3. UGI burpee (opt. with the ugi)
4. plank 1-2-3
5. jump lunges touch downs (auch)
6. plank elevate shoulders
7. 2 froggers to sit and 2 v ups
8. bicykle twist up
9. Bear push up and jump tucks
10. knee in and lift off alt. legs
