16 minute is all it takes

I have put a new workout together and look under summer beach body prep if you would like to join for 16 minutes of simple but effective exercises. I will promise you that you will get a sweat on even if it is more of a strength workout than cardio.

Later today I will do a cardio on my rooftop. This is going to be tough and fun at the same time. GREAT yeah?
