It is so easy to find excuses to why not to workout, what ever it is a home or else where. Consider what you use daily to explain to your self who not to workout. Have you found the good reason? For real or just an excuse if you look into it?

We workout together ‘realtime’.

You workout alone at your home or on the road with me realtime on your computer, laptop, smartphone, iPad or whatever you use.

What most important is, that you find the workout that suits your level of fitness. Be careful to listen to my directions and to listen to your body. It will tell you if it feels wrong. Form over speed ANY TIME. So always have a mirror in front of you to check out your form.
